Dr. the Hon. Bernard Chan Charnwut, GBM, GBS, JP

Dr. Bernard Chan is a deputy to the National People’s Congress of China, a non-official member of Hong Kong’s Executive Council (2004-09 and from 2012) and (from 2017) the Convenor of the Non-Official Members of the Executive Council. He is also a former member of Hong Kong’s Legislative Council (1998-2008).

Professor Chen Char Nie, OBE, JP

Professor Chen Char Nie is currently a registered psychiatrist in Hong Kong and Emeritus Professor of the Department of Psychiatry at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is also Honorary Fellow of the Hong Kong College of Psychiatry, Fellow and Honorary Fellow of the Royal College of Psychiatry, Royal Australia and New Zealand Psychiatry Academician and Honorary Fellow of the School of Medicine, as well as an International Distinguished Member of the American Psychiatric Association.

Professor the Hon. Moses Cheng Mo Chi, GBM, GBS, OBE, JP

Dr. Moses Cheng qualified to practise as a solicitor in 1975. He is a consultant of Messrs. P. C. Woo & Co., one of the longest established firms of solicitors in Hong Kong; after serving as its Senior Partner from 1994 to 2015. Dr. Cheng’s areas of practice encompass capital markets, corporate governance, regulatory and compliance, and public policies especially taxation and education.

Mrs. Belinda Greer

Since 2013, Belinda has served as the Chief Executive Officer of the English Schools Foundation (ESF), based in Hong Kong.  ESF offers world-class education through its family of 22 schools, serving 18,000 students and their families. Belinda is a life-long educator, with a commitment to promoting opportunities for every child so that as individuals, and as members of their communities, they may thrive and excel.

Dr. the Hon. Ko Wing Man, GBS, JP

Dr. Ko Wing Man is an orthopaedic surgeon.  Dr. Ko holds the degrees of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Hong Kong in 1981.  He received a Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, the United Kingdom in 1986 and was awarded a degree of Master of Health Administration from the University of New South Wales, Australia in 1992.

Dr. Simon Leung Lim Kin

Dr. Simon Leung is a seasoned technocrat and devout educator. He has spearheaded industry leading IT and telecommunications giants in the Asia Pacific region for over 30 years. From overseeing the growth of Motorola Asia Pacific Limited to numerous strategic achievements of Chairman and CEO of Microsoft’s Greater China Region.

Professor the Hon. Arthur Li Kwok Cheung, GBM, GBS, JP

Professor Arthur K C Li is Emeritus Professor of Surgery, The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and was the founding Chairman of the Department of Surgery CUHK and Chairman of the Surgical Services at the Prince of Wales Hospital. He also served as Dean of the Faculty of Medicine of CUHK and then as its Vice-Chancellor (President). He subsequently served as Secretary for Education and Manpower of Hong Kong SAR Government.

Professor the Hon. Poon Chung Kwong, GBS, OBE, JP

Professor Poon Chung Kwong graduated from the University of Hong Kong. He obtained a Doctor of Philosophy degree and a Higher Doctor of Science degree from the University of London. He was a postdoctoral fellow at The California Institute of Technology , University of Southern California and Toronto University.

Mr. Samuel Yung Wing Ki, SBS, MH, JP

Mr Samuel Yung is an Executive District Director & Honorable Advisor of AIA International Limited.  He is Vice Chairman of the Committee for Economic Affairs, Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) National Committee and Founding President of Hong Kong Professionals and Senior Executives Association.
