儿童情绪问题

  • 在2021年,超过10%的香港儿童比全球平均儿童更感到情绪低落。1
  • 在2021年,香港只有15.5%的儿童对自身健康感到良好,比全球平均的36.6%低。1
  • 2021年进行的一项调查指出香港6-17岁儿童的快乐指数达5年新低。2
  • 2019-2020学年香港中小学的校园欺凌数字达10年新高,按年比例增长了50%。3
  • 在2019-2020学年中,最少23间中小学学生有自杀倾向,创8年新高。4

教师压力

  • 疫情期间,在线学习为教师带来不少压力丶不足感和内疚感,亚洲各地成千上万的教师正面临心理健康问题。 5
  • 教师平均压力指数上升至6.97 (10分为最高)。 6
  • 超过 80% 的教师回应说,他们的身心健康受到了疫情的影响。 许多教师说他们已经筋疲力尽,几乎 50% 教师表示有工作焦虑感。7
  • 2018 年, 1,836 名接受采访的教师中有 52.2% 出现中度或严重抑郁症状,包括绝望感丶疲劳感和睡眠障碍。 23% 认为他们有「很大」的工作压力,另外 58.2% 认为工作压力是「非常大」 。 8
